Sensing Mother Nature

Hush. . . listen,
Do you hear the whispering wind?
How it beckons you to dance,
To a whimsical tune?
Amongst daffodils and dandelions.

Come. . . feel,
The softness of a duckling’s feathers,
Smooth and soft,
Just like golden silk,
Spun by Father Time.

Wait. . . smell,
Take in the lustrous aroma,
Sweetness lingering in the air,
Fragrance of enchantment,
Beauty without looks.

Let’s. . . taste,
The sun sweet berries,
How the flavours,
Burst in your mouth,
Pure ecstasy.
