I only comment on what I see & what I see as truth. I am not bias, I am neutral. People may be devided by their opinion of this issue. It is, of course, their right. Let me tell you all this, though you may not believe me now. I support and love …all of you. You all are, wonderful people entangled in a very messy web that only time can untangle. I’ll be honest, it’ll be long and it’ll be painful. Time heals that way.

My co-worker sent this to me. I am not sure how valid these are but it is pretty educational.

Reasons for sleeping and waking up early.

Evening at 9 – 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm – 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 – 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 – 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 – 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 – 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 – 10am rather than no meal at all.

Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don’t sleep late.

EMP presents
A Light in KL City
Directed by Rey Buono
Featuring music by Mia Palencia.

A Light in KL City tells the story of ordinary people living in KL who have become stuck; stuck in a job, or a relationship, in a moment of their lives. In a city flooded with artificial lights, so many are still searching for a light to guide them.
This Christmas, the Electric Minds Project presents the tale of four strangers who have found the world fallen out from under their feet, who have become lost in the darkness.
But it is only by shadows that we can see the light.

Was going through some old entries and found my Christmas wishlist from 2008. Here’s the update.

1. A digital camera  – This is under a might list because I might get a hand-me down. Fingers crossed.

2. DVD of Across The Universe – Not exactly but I have got it recorded on the Astro Max.

3. A cool design for this outdated website – Well, you are looking at it.
4. A portfolio shoot of  headshots and the whole lot – Planning to get some more done but Sparky Dawg and Candid Photography has done some good shots of me.
5. A black laced corset – Bought a few corsets while in Germany and I had a friend buy me some stuff from London as well.
6. A pair of high knee leather boots – Saw a really nice pair in Germany but not practical for our Malaysian weather.
7. Thomas Sabo lucky charm – Call me a cheapo but I bought  a similar looking one from the stalls at the mall.
8. Katana – Not yet
9. Kimono ala Jigoku Shoujo – Still hunting for it
10. My own entourage of PAs, stylist and publicist – I already have a sort of a stylist. But it has yet to grow into an entourage
11. Can I be cheeky and add WORLD PEACE? – My dream world is at peace…

Heck, you win some, you lose some… I have been fortunate enough. :)
